The Mbizi collection is inspired by the love of Africa, in all its richness – its landscapes, its wildlife, its people, its cultures and its languages. Mbizi is the Shona word for Zebra. The shapes and colors of these creations are inspired by these animals, of social nature. The materials and colors are more inspired by modern artificial technologies, such as concrete structures and polypropylene.

The products in the Mbizi collection are designed to be more durable than our cotton line, making them suitable for indoor and outdoor use on a patio. The products are made from multifilament polypropylene of South African origin. The rope is carefully sewn together in a winding technique.
